-Liaising with customers, housebuilders, and solicitors to ensure timely progress and resolution of mortgage applications -Performing compliance checks and managing mortgage offers efficiently -Proactively following up on exchange and completion dates via telephone to maintain momentum and achieve deadlines

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail -Previous customer service experience essential, preferably in a telephone-based environment
