Overview
Drive direct and channel sales of flow meters, develop territory strategy, grow partner relationships.

Tasks
-Manage, support, and grow relationships with distribution and channel partners. -Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. -Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users. -Provide training and joint sales support to channel partners to strengthen market presence. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and forecasts within CRM tools. -Collaborate with internal departments including product management, engineering, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and technical support. -Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations as required. -Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
-3+ years as a successful Outside sales Territory Manager with a demonstrated level of technical competence. -Travel within the assigned territory as required (approximately 50%). -Strong presentation and communication skills. -Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications and applications. -Effective, strong communication with internal and external business partners. -Strong eye for business & ability to adapt to our customer’s needs. -Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. -High energy, self-starter with the ability to represent our company with the utmost professionalism. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. -Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong negotiating skills. -Must display strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. -Demonstrated success in both direct and channel sales environments. -Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in flow meters, instrumentation, process control equipment, or similar industrial products. -Must reside within the assigned territory (FL,GA,NC,SC,AR, VA,TN,AL).
