Tasks

-Provide support and training to Project team on document management. -Undertake audits to ensure document management processes are well implemented and ensure data integrity. -Collaborate in system improvements and rollouts. -Develop, implement and assess implementation of Document Management procedures and processes. -Perform Quality and Compliance checks on documentation. -Ensure Client and other stakeholders are onboarded to the document management system and supported through the lifecycle of the project. -Undertake reporting as required. -Ensure Project documentation is received, tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan. -Develop and implement Document Management framework and the Document Management Plan to ensure compliance with the project governance system framework.

What You Bring

-Proficient with Aconex and MS Office Suite – Procore would be an asset. -Strong communication skills, both oral and written. -Experience developing a Document Management Plan and Process Maps. -2-5 years of document management experience and/ or working with an engineering consultant or construction company. -Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment. -Onboard Project team and subcontractor to document management system.
