-Exploring new technologies and methodologies to support innovation in customer services. -Translating data insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements. -Analysing product performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement. -Ensuring digital solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. -Monitoring key performance indicators and creating dashboards to track progress. -Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals. -Contributing to the redesign of customer connection processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction. -Supporting the development of digital tools and services that enhance customer experience.
