Tasks

-Building a strong relationship with the client -Building relationships with Tenants, Retailers, Prospective Tenants (local and national) -Manages client expectations appropriately and builds and works to sustain lasting relationships with clients. -Conducts open, collaborative relations with superiors, peer and clients. -Adhering to client requirements and processes for recommendations and reporting. -Actively work with the team to deliver key Expression of Interest campaigns -Actively demonstrate precinct and RTRL strategies to fill vacancies in line with the strategic plan. -Actively work with the client to ensure each location has a strategic leasing plan -Developing a clear understanding of the clients leasing and tenancy requirements at each location.

-Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines. -Leads by example by being professional, prompt in communication and able to connect across all levels of the business -Articulates ideas and facts clearly, logically and concisely in oral and written communication. -Exceptional corporate presentation at all times. -Drives to achieve KPI’s. -Demonstrated experience with maintaining accurate and up to date admin / tracking documents -Able to identify, mentor and coach potential future leasing operatives -Maintains solution oriented mindset at all times. -Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example. -Reactive, responsive, visible, approachable. -Exceptional interpersonal skills to operate as a key member of the wider retail team -Relevant real estate license per state requirements -Thorough knowledge of what’s happening in the business. -Strong financial acumen to enable the creation of monthly financial and productivity reporting.
