Assist IT leadership in procuring hardware, software, and telecom services.

Tasks

-Responsible for assisting and training lower-level support employees. -May be required to apply discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures. -Implement process updates and efficiencies as agreed upon. -Procure internet and phone services for new communities, division offices, sales and operation sites. Act as project manager for new Community setup. Work with division assigned Field engineers to locate available service providers and monitor the process for start to finish of installation and proper billing. Process disconnects timely. -Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. -Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact within the area. -Procure IT hardware and online software for assigned markets. Process requests received from case ticketing system, ensure appropriate budget approval, and follow process controls to execute purchase. -Confirm and maintain sufficient accurate data records in the company ticket management system to ensure stakeholders are properly informed on status and asset information.

-Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously -Proficient Excel skills -Some job areas may require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience. -Experience in asset management and procurement. -Works well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision -Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and minimum 4 years relevant work experience.
