Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns, analyze performance, manage content and brand assets.

Tasks
-Identify areas for improvement; -Support monitoring and reporting of external sites (e.g. Glassdoor; LinkedIn) including analyzing data and devising solutions and creative ways to drive engagement. -Support invoice administration and budget management for paid campaigns with associated vendors. -Optimize the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment and effectiveness in attracting top talent: - Analyze campaign data; -Track and report on campaign performance and metrics, such as reach and engagement, conversions, and hires. -Maintain a graphics library of images, videos, logos, and other assets for our recruitment marketing and HR program materials. -Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the performance of campaigns; and -Collaborate with all talent brand stakeholders (e.g. marketing and talent acquisition) to ensure alignment and consistency of our employer brand and value proposition. -Support the execution and evaluation of recruitment marketing campaigns across different channels and platforms. -Support the regular update of our recruitment social media channels and platforms and help create and share engaging content for our target audience of potential employees, students, and graduates, including those who opt into the talent community and alumni.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. -Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to generate ideas and measure results. -Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. and recruitment tools such as ATS and CRM. -Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and experience working with graphics software such as InDesign or similar.
