Oversee and manage commercial electrical new construction projects in Central Florida

Tasks
The Superintendent is to provide on-site administrative and technical management of the activities including necessary planning, organization, direction, coordination and control for all field personnel in a manner that supports the profit and growth objectives of the company. -Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts -Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs -Responsible for empowering, training and helping with the growth and development of all field employees -Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization -Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards -Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety and accident reports -Responsible for ensuring that all installations are correct per NEC, city codes and engineering drawings and specifications. -Train, manage and evaluate project team members -Coordinate work with Purchasing to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the construction of the project -Plan, organize and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of work -Monitor the short-term schedule -Supervise the operations on the construction sites -Recognize and communicate any priority project problems

What You Bring
You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
