The Role

Overview

Supervises security and parking operations, ensuring safety, compliance and customer service.

Tasks

-Ensure the Company and Customer Policies and Procedures are adhered to in a fair and professional manner at all times, as well as upholding compliance with all legal requirements to maintain the organisations stability and reputation. -Conduct site surveys and ensuring ongoing compliance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice -Conducting regular patrols of a portfolio of car park locations to ensure vehicles comply with the advertised terms and conditions for parking. -Providing a customer services presence to car park users. -To secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, access points and permitting entry. -To avert losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures. -Maintain effective and positive working relationships within the Services team, and with client management, tenants and local police. -Completing and compiling accurate reports by recording and logging observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities as well as interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures. -Communicate effectively with the Support Services Manager, ensuring information regarding employees and -Issuing Parking Charge Notices to non-compliant vehicles -Responsible for the Dual Services team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. -Communicating effectively with the Parking Services Team, ensuring information is accurately shared with regards to the site and specific customer requests. -Preparing and submitting incident reports.

What You Bring

-Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG -Ability to work in a fast-moving environment -Full 5-year employment checkable history -Key holding and alarm response. -Reliable and punctual -High level of enthusiasm and passion -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner -Smart appearance and be well-groomed
