What You Bring

-U.S. Citizenship (federal contract requirement). -Staffing Planning – Good Programmatic understanding. Ability to work with technical and program teams to ensure staffing and overall budget alignment. -Must be highly detail oriented -Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to operate independently and lead the establishment of processes and approach for effective management of the above tasks. -Fully on-site preferred and a must initially, but hybrid work is possible if good relationship is established. -10+ years plus of relevant engineering or mission operations experience. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation. -must be eligible to obtain a government clearance – standard NACI -Must be a U.S. Citizen*** -Interface with NASA in various areas, and ability to represent the Boeing Prime with NASA addressing various items, as required. -Employee Engagement (Integration across all 3 sites (at HSV, KSC, and Michoud in Louisiana), recognition, etc, sending comms out) -Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences -Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aerospace, or a related field. -Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., M365/Teams, MS Office, etc.)
