You’ll originate and execute senior debt and structured real estate financing across Australia, partnering with developers and investors across multiple asset classes. The role will suit a dynamic dealmaker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys building deep borrower and partner relationships. -Collaborate with asset and funds management teams to deliver outcomes -Source and originate new real estate credit opportunities -Lead due diligence, term sheet negotiation and IC presentation -Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform growth
