Assistant MEP Manager

Manage MEP design, coordination, delivery and commissioning for large Bangalore project.

Tasks

-Initiating and driving value management and value engineering as required. -Responsible for monitoring compliance of the project. -Scheduling design reviews at all gateways and control points. -Attending design coordination meetings with MEPF consultants and reviewing all incoming MEPF drawings before sharing with contractors. -Organizing and managing technical review team resource and input. -Coordination and reviewing the overall status of the MEPF design as well as reporting the work progress of all MEPF aspects to the project lead, design, and commercial team. -Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project. -Being accountable in driving, quality, cost, and schedule of the MEPF work. -Responsible for monitoring work progress against the project scope. -Responsible for guiding and monitoring MEPF supervision team and the MEPF contractors. -Leading MEPF coordination meetings with contractors on work progress.
