Tasks

-Coordinate legal review of transaction documents and resolve landlord/tenant disputes. -Facilitate client meetings and present transaction activity with clarity and strategic insight. -Lead market optimization planning and strategic portfolio initiatives aligned with client goals. -Collaborate with internal and external brokerage teams to ensure effective negotiation and execution. -Promote cross-functional collaboration with Lease Administration, Project Management, and Finance. -Monitor workflows to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of services. -Contribute to the development of standardized processes and playbooks that drive efficiency. -Manage end-to-end real estate transactions including site selection, LOI negotiation, lease execution, renewals, and dispositions. -Maintain accurate transaction databases and reporting tools. -Ensure adherence to state real estate standards and internal compliance protocols. -Mentor Transaction Coordinators and support onboarding of new team members. -Oversee revenue tracking and financial analysis for all transactions. -Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, landlords, vendors, and internal teams. -Build and maintain strong relationships that reflect PAG’s client-centric ethos.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with precision and urgency. -Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills. -LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus. -Bachelor’s degree required; finance or real estate preferred. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service capabilities. -Minimum 3+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software platforms. -State real estate salesperson license required.
