Tasks

-Review subcontracts agreements/contracts to ensure compliance with any cost and planning or audit requirements -Establish and maintain annual budgets and quarterly forecasts -Closely works with Project Director, Commercial Director, the Client, subcontractor and other project stakeholders to successfully lead all aspects of project controls such as cost control and scheduling -Établir et maintenir les budgets annuels et les prévisions trimestrielles -Prepare monthly reports as required to report and update the Client -Lead project controls for the project and ensure quality work, on time, on budget, and to the Client's satisfaction -Préparer des rapports mensuels selon les besoins pour informer et tenir à jour le client -Établir et administrer le contrôle des coûts et les processus pour la coentreprise du projet -Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de projet, le directeur commercial, le client, le sous-traitant et les autres parties prenantes du projet pour diriger avec succès tous les aspects des contrôles du projet tels que le contrôle des coûts et la planification. -Superviser la gestion de la planification et des ordonnancements -Provides leadership and project controls expertise -Assurer la liaison avec les membres de la coentreprise et fournir des pièces justificatives ou des calendriers, selon les besoins. -Assist in commercial reviews, performance benchmarking and other strategic opportunities -Prendre en charge tout problème lié aux assurances -Provide technical guidance in relation to schedule and cost control to Construction Manager and Segment Construction Managers -Participer aux évaluations commerciales, à l'analyse comparative des performances et à d'autres opportunités stratégiques -Surveiller les coûts et préparer les rapports sur les coûts selon les exigences du directeur de projet. -Assumer la responsabilité du contrôle des coûts, de la gestion de la valeur acquise et des rapports de projet -Develop and maintain relevant project controls procedures -Diriger les contrôles du projet et assurer un travail de qualité, dans les délais, dans les limites du budget et à la satisfaction du client -Oversee any insurance issues -Monitor costs and prepare cost reporting as required by Project Director -Liaise with Joint Venture (JV) members and provide supporting documents or schedules as required -Développer et maintenir à jour des procédures de contrôle de projet pertinentes -Establish and administer cost control and processes for project Joint Venture (JV) -Responsible for cost control, earned value management and project reporting -Oversee planning and scheduling management
