-Managing internal and external suppliers -Creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for BIW upperbody components/subassemblies using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques -Creating and maintaining CBOM and quadris -Supporting pre-production and launch activities at vehicle assembly plants (US, Mexico, CA)

What You Bring

We are recruiting an experienced KBE Engineer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry. -5+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Siemens NX -Must be willing and able to travel internationally, without restrictions, effective on the start date -2+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX -2+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent bachelor’s degree with experience -Extensive knowledge of Teamcenter and NX modeling and an extensive background developing, packaging, and releasing BIW components and subassemblies -5+ years of body experience -In-plant body shop experience -2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX -Sheet metal (BIW upperbody/underbody or closures) design and release experience (KBE trained) -Vehicle launch experience -Strong English Speaking skills, including technical language -Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills -2+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience -5+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience.
