Tasks

-Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes. -Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in BIM workflows. -Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. -Keep up to date with the latest advancements in BIM software and methodologies. -Generate and update MEP BIM-related reports, drawings, and schedules. -Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliverables. -Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schedules for MEP systems using BIM tools. -Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards Assist in the design of MEP Systems where applicable. -Provide support and guidance to team members on BIM processes and software usage. -Perform regular model audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. -Conduct clash detection and resolution using software like Navisworks. -Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

-BSC/BEng, BTEC National Dip in Construction or equivalent in appropriate engineering discipline (desirable) -Familiarity with clash detection and resolution processes -Strong understanding of MEP systems and required coordination -Excellent communication and teamwork skills -*This role will ideally suit those with the right to live & work in the UAE without restrictions. -Experience in data centres preferred but not essential -Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities -Knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and regulations -Minimum of 3 years in BIM modeling and coordination -Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is preferred -Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC and other BIM-related tools
