Produce training programmes for project job role activity
Deliver various Training and assess end point assessment events
Assess all Project staff trainees to ensure they are compliant with current legislation and company standards
Ensure that you develop your capabilities through continuing professional development
Assess/manage and deliver project job role training and support
Travel throughout the UK assessing and delivering project role Training
Work in conjunction with the Training team to continually evaluate the effectiveness of the training solution(s) in relation to business needs and realign where appropriate or to develop new training materials.

Management or Supervision Qualification
Experience of working within construction/Power or utilities industry at an supervisor/engineer level
Relevant Training and Assessment qualifications, CIPD/CPD accreditation (or equivalent)
Able to lead and manage work teams (Person in Charge).
Previous training experience, knowledge sharing, development and coaching of others would be advantageous.
To hold a UK full driving licence and willingness to travel
Competent in use of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
