Monitor work order timelines to ensure they meet SSOP guidelines
Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction with completed jobs
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely arrival and completion
Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and all company policies
Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives
Work with Service Manager, Regional Manager, and Property Manager to ensure smooth operation of work orders and maintenance tasks
Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes
Maintain a production schedule for ongoing projects and initiatives
Answer maintenance requests and input work orders promptly
Schedule and track special projects and make-readies
Ensure timely delivery of supplies for scheduled projects
