Tasks

-Provide administrative support to the Property Manager; -Maintain accounting / invoicing procedures in conjunction with Head Office, including processing supplier invoices, entering purchase orders into Yardi and preparing monthly tenant service invoices; -Update and maintain tenant/vendor files as well as their insurance and utility account tracking; -Prepare correspondence and distribute tenant letters as necessary; -Reconciling tenant accounts and preparing statements; -Assist the Property Manager in collecting and entering monthly rents and tenant sales in Yardi; -Provide additional assistance in resolving day-to-day issues as required; -Record meeting minutes as required; -Assist the Property Manager(s) with preparation, entry and tracking of annual budget and obtaining necessary reports; -Assist in resolving tenant issues including reviewing and interpreting tenant leases; -Coordinate regional/ General & Administrative operations and expenses;

What You Bring

-College Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration; -Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; -Proven customer service and communication skills; -Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; -Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles; -Minimum 3 years of previous relevant experience in an administrative role with exposure to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable;
