Tasks

-Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines. -Prepare and update cash flow forecasts, progress S-curves, and manpower histograms. -Ensure adherence to project quality, safety, and contractual compliance. -Conduct periodic site visits to assess actual progress versus planned progress. -Maintain updated records of planning documentation, schedules, and revisions. -Coordinate with quantity surveyors and billing engineers for project cost tracking. -Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management review. -Track material delivery schedules and subcontractor performance against timelines. -Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns. -Monitor and report project progress, delays, and forecast completion dates. -Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans. -Analyze critical paths and provide recommendations for recovery or acceleration. -Review and certify contractors’ planning-related submissions and reports. -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
