The Role
Overview
Provide first‑line IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and manage user tech needs.

Tasks
-Create documentation for staff for training purposes. -Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution. -Provide onsite and remote support to end users. -Repair and replace equipment as needed (computers, servers, switches, network devices, UPS). -Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups). -Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines. -Participate in rotating schedule for New Hire training. -Image computers when necessary. -Serve as the first point of contact for helpdesk inquiries. -Install and configure hardware and software. -Assist with audio and video conferencing systems such as Teams and Logitech setups as needed for meetings.

What You Bring
-Ability to work in Active Directory. -Experience using ticketing systems such as Service Now. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed. -Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc. -CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE preferred. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Pro support M365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. -Basic understanding of firewalls. -Familiarity with Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications. -Must be able to foster good relationships with the team and organization. -Previous experience with remote support tools. -Familiarity with computer hardware including servers, switches, network devices, etc. -Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment. -Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. -Experience IT service management methodologies. -0-2+ years of experience in desktop support or related field. -Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and software. -Must have the ability to effectively administer troubleshooting procedures. -Solid understanding of computers, networks, software and Windows Operating Systems. -Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. -Customer service mindset. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
