Tasks

-Following up with clients to ensure that payments are flowing in on time. -Serve as the primary point of contact for customer's and PD's inquiries and provide support for other departments. -Keep track of production and shipment schedule and share forwarder information to facilitate arrangement of shipment. -Assist sales team to coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations. -Order Fulfillment from placement to order confirmation, PR, production and shipment. Ensure that the Business meets its requirement. -Coordinate with the sales team and PD's to ensure order fulfillment and delivery. -Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure products are available in key markets and channels. -Assist in identifying business growth opportunities and optimizing sales channels.

-Experience: 2-3 years in a commercial or sales role, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances. -Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, build relationships, and work well in teams with a customer-focused approach. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
