Coordinate effectively with project managers, cost controllers, planners, and engineers to review and finalise estimates
Maintain and manage comprehensive documentation and records of estimates, ensuring their accuracy and completeness
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse departments to accumulate essential data for building estimates while ensuring an all-encompassing understanding of the project
Evaluate and facilitate negotiations with multiple vendors and subcontractors to ensure both competitive pricing and quality
Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs and cost computations based on project schematics and specifications

We are seeking an Electrical Estimating Expert to support Energy EPC business growth in Australia.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all project cost components are accurately accounted for in estimates
Proficiency in tracking actual project costs against estimates and identifying discrepancies to make necessary adjustments
Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate and analyse data, trends, and variables influencing project costs
Experience in Renewable PV Solar Farm and/or large-scale BESS projects (minimum 100MW)
Good understanding of PV and BESS system design, integration, HV & LV AC & DC side
Experience in an EPC environment managing project design scope, schedule, and budget
