What You Bring

-Familiarity with vocational education frameworks and compliance requirements. -Demonstrated ability in program design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. -Strong understanding of learning and development principles, early-career development, and performance management. -A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. -Proven experience managing graduate and/or apprentice programs in a corporate setting.
