Tasks

-Prioritize, plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner -Ensure scheduled installs are being completed in a timely manner and troubleshoot any installation delays -Provide recommendations for improvements on various production processes and procedures -Oversee clerical tasks including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, making outbound phone calls, keeping an inventory of office supplies, and ordering new materials -Support the production department in the scheduling and management of window installations -Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and specifications promptly and professionally -Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations

What You Bring
