Tasks

-Build and maintain financial models underpinning new business opportunities and investment strategies. This includes building development and investment models, running various scenarios as well as different transaction structures to test different strategies and producing succinct summaries of the results. -Prepare competitor analyses and market intelligence reports -Keep abreast of market developments, valuation assumptions and practices as well as key underwrite assumptions -Research and analyse data to support underlying assumptions -Drive optimisation of the financial outcomes, assessing options and recommending strategies which underpin value and achieve a "highest and best use" analysis and best-case scenarios -Ensure that each financial model is logic and in line with industry practice -Ensure modelling is undertaken in a manner consistent with the proposed transaction structures

Your point of differenceYou will be professionally qualified with demonstrated experience working as an Analyst within the property industry, preferably within a development or investments environment. You will have a strong capability building, amending and testing of financial models and experience working with large datasets and preparing reports and presentations.You will be a strong communicator, with well developed analytical and problem solving skills as well as a self-motivated and inquisitive nature who thrives building and developing stakeholder relationships.
