Tasks

-Deliver mid-month flash reports, risks & opportunities analysis, and project margin insights. -Provide prompt management reporting to operational stakeholders. -Collaborate with operations, sales, project controls, and supply chain to enhance efficiency and identify improvements. -Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., project margin, utilisation) to drive profitability. -Send Vacancy to a friend -Train and support team members to ensure effective performance. -Contribute to ERP system (IFS) improvements and efficiency initiatives. -Support tender processes through cost input and financial model reviews. -Recognise revenue in line with completed operational activities. -Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with the 4-day close process. -Lead forecasting and budgeting for Well Testing and Bubble Curtain service lines.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in a fast-paced finance environment. -Commercial and financial acumen. -Proficient in MS Office with excellent administrative capabilities. -Experience using IFS (ERP system). -Qualified or part-qualified accountant. -Results-driven with strong planning and delivery focus. -Analytical and numerically skilled with solid problem-solving abilities. -Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean methodologies. -Ability to meet tight deadlines. -Self-motivated, proactive, approachable, and adaptable. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Strong cross-functional collaboration skills beyond finance.
