-Ensure resources are properly maintained and utilized efficiently. -Monitor project timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion. -Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability. -Troubleshoot problems and recommend effective solutions. -Manage inventory, tools, vehicles, and equipment to support operational needs. -Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations. -Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations. -Facilitate training programs to improve technical and customer service capabilities. -Provide constructive feedback and develop improvement plans when needed. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. -Oversee work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company policies. -Address customer concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively. -Conduct safety meetings, job-site audits, and ensure proper use of PPE. -Coordinate and schedule plumbing service projects to ensure efficient allocation of labor and resources. -Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety. -Foster a positive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and professionalism. -Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions. -Provide advanced technical support to plumbers on complex service issues. -Identify training needs within the team and support ongoing skill development. -Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of plumbers to meet individual and organizational goals.

What You Bring

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively. -Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and equipment. -Valid plumbing license if applicable to local and state regulations. -Proficiency with project management software and digital tools. -Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety practices. -Proven experience as a service plumber or residential plumbing technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
