Overview
Maintain and improve B2B process documentation, support change requests and ensure compliance.

Tasks
-Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure all process documents reflect current workflows and best practices. -Escalate process-related issues or requests, or dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders as needed to ensure timely resolution. -Assist the Process Lead in managing and tracking process change requests, ensuring update requests are logged, assessed, and progressed through the correct channels. -Act as the point of contact for updating and revising process documents in response to new legislation or changes in business practices. -Stay informed about process excellence best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously improve our process management and methodologies. -Manages relationships effectively both internally and externally. -Contribute to process improvement projects by providing administrative support, and by identifying opportunities for simplification or clarification. -Take responsibility for keeping process documents up-to-date, correctly versioned and stored in line with document control procedures and ensure audit-readiness.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. -Engaging and motivating attitude and style. -Great problem solver solutions focused and resourceful. -Is receptive to feedback and acts accordingly. -Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Packages -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Previous experience in process documentation in a regulated environment (desirable) -Exceptional team player who builds open and supportive relationships. -Flexible and adaptable approach to work. -Working knowledge of Process Excellence principles (desirable) -Methodical, logical, and organized mentality. -Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Efficient at managing own workloads. -Understanding of energy industry (desirable) -Previous experience with process mapping software e.g. Miro, Lucidchart, etc. (desirable)
