

A major infrastructure project delivering a new underground rail network to enhance Queensland’s transport.
This role is best suited to an early-career lawyer (up to 3 years PQE) with a background or interest in construction and projects work (front-end and/or back-end). You’ll support the Delivery Legal team by providing timely, high-quality legal advice on project delivery, contract review, legal research, and risk identification. You’ll gain exposure to complex infrastructure work and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is ideal for an early-career lawyer (up to 3 years PQE) interested in property work and public law. You’ll support the Corporate Legal team on matters such as land access, tenure, and regulatory issues, contributing to legal advice, compliance, and land tenure finalization for the project.

Once complete, it will provide trains with a much-needed alternative rail path through the core of the current SEQ Rail network, unlocking a bottleneck and allowing more trains to run more often across the whole of South East Queensland.
