Tasks

Join a leading organization in the occupational health sector as a Nurse I, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of employees in a dynamic work environment. -Perform health screenings to identify workplace exposures and make recommendations to management. -Analyze and evaluate information to determine Fitness For Work, including case management of injuries and travel preparation. -Liaise with external medical service providers to ensure compliance with guidelines. -Provide and document routine and non-routine Occupational Health care services for employees. -Adhere to local policies, procedures, and regulations while contributing to their development. -Conduct Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collections and train others on testing procedures. -Utilize clinic resources effectively to enhance service delivery. -Participate actively in Medical and Occupational Health (MOH) and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) committees.

What You Bring

-Behavioral Skills: Analytical thinking, effective communication, courage of conviction, risk management. -Licensed in the location of operations supported. -Experience in occupational health preferred. -Functional Skills: Clinical case management, clinical testing, exposure assessment, health education, infectious disease control, medical ethics, medication clearance assessment, occupational evaluations, knowledge of occupational health laws and regulations. -Nursing degree or Advanced Nursing degree, Physician Assistant or equivalent.
