Learning Developer, 6-Month Contract

Overview

Design and deliver eLearning and training materials for Ledcor's Learning & Talent team.

Tasks

-Incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve and optimize learning solutions -Ensure all content aligns with adult learning principles, company branding, and accessibility standards -Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities -Manage an efficient review process to maintain high content quality and accuracy -Design, develop, and update eLearning programs, courses, and instructional materials across diverse formats (e.g., interactive modules, video tutorials, infographics, and microlearning) -Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness and learner engagement to drive continuous improvement -Communicate project timelines, milestones, and progress clearly and effectively to stakeholders -Develop design documents, scripts, and storyboards grounded in instructional design best practices -Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning Specialists to gather insights and ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with operational goals -Provide end-to-end project coordination support, including tracking milestones, updating schedules, and reporting on progress -Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, adjusting timelines to ensure on-time delivery

What You Bring

-2 years in a learning or instructional design role -Experience with course creation, video production/editing, and graphics -Excellent written, communication, editing and proofreading skills -Demonstrated ability to make technical material engaging -Strong Customer Service focus -Strong project coordination skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines -Diploma in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design or related field
