Tasks

-Collaborate with business and functional teams to drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and risk control. -Assist with the design, implementation, and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and roadmap across the Group, ensuring robust governance and internal controls. -Regularly review and refine the organisation’s risk appetite and tolerance levels, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities. -Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for key projects, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees. -Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise and project-level risks that may impact strategic growth and long-term value creation.

What You Bring

EA License: 16S8131 -At least 5 years’ experience in risk functions. -Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), and investment evaluation. -Minimally Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; relevant professional certifications preferred. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
