Tasks

-Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met across both teams. -Ensure tracker databases are regularly updated and maintained. -Ensure all tracker activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. -Supervise and support the administrators. -Liaise with site teams and suppliers to ensure data accuracy. -Act as the first point of contact for escalations and queries within the admins

What You Bring

-Proficiency in using databases and tracking systems for fleet and asset management. -Experience working in a multi-site or European project environment. -5 Years experience in administration, logistics, or plant/tool management. -Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage administrative teams effectively. -Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving. -Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows. -Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a similar industry. -Competency in general office administration and document management. -High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting. -Experience using SAP
