Janitorial Technician

Overview

Maintain cleanliness of multiple commercial properties as a Janitorial Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• bulb replacement
• damage reporting
• construction cleanup
• porter services
• window cleaning
• sanitary cleaning

Tasks

-Wipe down light fixtures/Walls(dust & cobwebs) -Replace any bulbs that are out/missing -Reporting interior or exterior damage when necessary -Refill TP/Paper towel holders in applicable -Clean kitchen areas; wipe down surfaces, leave area spotless -Wipe down walls/baseboards -Cleaning after some construction related projects -Porter services including, picking up trash in parking & grass & flower bed areas, empty outside trash containers -Fan out or vacuum doormats -Cleaning windows, breezeways, and sidewalks -Wipe down tables & chairs in conference rooms -Clean and disinfect urinals/toilets/sinks/mirrors
