  • To ensure that all such duties & responsibilities as agreed with facility manager
  • To ensure all visitors are guided if they need any emergency requirement
  • To ensure there is a coordination with Helpdesk if needed
  • To ensure all outdated magazines/newspapers are removed 3rd duty Management Responsibilities 1. To ensure the visitors badge reconciliation report is done everyday
  • To ensure the front office is well maintained at all times
  • To ensure the participation during emergency evacuation
  • To ensure all visitors are spoken politely & decently
  • To ensure proper support during crises management & business continuity
  • To contribute to monthly management report
  • To coordinate with events management team during events
  • To ensure all visitors are issued visitor badge
  • To ensure the news papers are available at all times
  • To ensure the flower arrangements are in place at all times
  • To assist visitor in helping them in 2nd duty Infrastructure Management
