Tasks

-Assist with laundry, stocking, sanitizing public areas, and preparing coffee stations. -Update the Front Desk Log and promptly report issues to the General Manager. -Operate the phone system with proper etiquette. -Follow all safety protocols. -Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. -Help ensure entrances and sidewalks are clear of snow and ice. -Regularly inspect the property, including floors, stairwells, doors, and lighting. -Promote the Stay Rewarded loyalty program to build guest satisfaction and return business. -Process credit card authorizations, handle cash transactions, and issue change accurately. -Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out. -Maintain organized daily records, including Night Audit Checklists, cash logs, and call logs. -Take and transfer calls, manage wake-up calls, and record messages accurately. -Manage reservations and accurately process room charges, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees. -Serve as a knowledgeable resource for hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and churches. -Deliver additional guest supplies and assist housekeeping with room cleaning during high occupancy.
