Overview
Prepare, compile, and review construction submittals for USACE compliance

Tasks
-Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Collaborate with the CQC Manager and project team to resolve submittal-related issues. -Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and document control teams to gather required information. -Conduct initial quality and compliance reviews of all submittals prior to CQC Manager evaluation. -Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to support project schedules. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Monitor and enforce compliance with USACE and SFWMD submittal procedures. -Prepare and compile technical submittals in accordance with contract specifications and agency guidelines. -Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and compliance evidence. -Maintain detailed records of submittal status, revisions, and approvals.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Familiarity with RMS/QCS systems used by USACE. -Technical background in civil engineering or construction management. -Experience with USACE/SFWMD project submittals/documentation standards. -Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. -Strong understanding of construction specifications, submittal processes, and regulatory compliance. -Regular, reliable attendance -Must not serve concurrently as the CQC Manager. -At least 5 years of experience in civil works construction projects within the last 10 years. -Experience on at least two completed USACE-administered civil works projects. -Minimum of 15 years of total experience in construction, with at least 10 years specializing in submittal preparation.
