Overview

Administer contracts, variations, claims and reporting for Water Services projects

Tasks

-Assist in cost forecasting, commercial reporting, and subcontractor agreement administration. -Maintain accurate commercial documentation, risk registers, and project records. -Ensure subcontractors comply with contractual obligations, insurances, and onboarding requirements. -Prepare and submit variations, progress claims, and contractual notices for head contracts and subcontractors. -Liaise with Project Managers and stakeholders on contractual issues and governance reporting.

What You Bring

-Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail. -Proven experience supporting large project teams and administering contracts in construction or utilities environments. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, accounting, or quantity surveying (preferred). -Strong understanding of project management principles, risk management, and contract compliance.
