Tasks

-Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process -Deliver any necessary equipment to houses -Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material -Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed -Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties -Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field -Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made

Requirements

• bachelor's degree
• home inspector
• communication skills
• computer skills

What You Bring

-You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher -Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not a firm requirement. -You have great communication skills and computer skills
