-Multifamily: Collaborate with our expert team to optimize property performance, assess market trends, and execute strategic business plans for our diverse portfolio of Multifamily properties. Participate in the evaluation, due diligence, and acquisition process of potential properties. -Accounting: Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of our business. -Hospitality: Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing property performance metrics, market data, and financial trends to inform strategic initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. -Legal Services: Work closely with our legal team to understand contracts and the regulatory aspects of real estate transactions. -Outdoor Communities: Engage in strategic planning for our Outdoor Communities portfolio by supporting market research, performance tracking, and business plan execution for RV and Manufactured Housing communities. -Marketing: Contribute to content creation, social media strategy, event marketing, and internal communications, while gaining exposure to PR initiatives, brand development, and corporate storytelling.
