Tasks

-Deliver professional, responsive service to internal and external customers -Conduct safety checks to ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors -Coordinate the shipping and receiving of units with proper documentation -Organize and maintain proof of deliveries—both physically and electronically -Ensure all shipped units are properly invoiced by the Machinery Sales Administration team -Maintain and organize inventory locations across assigned areas -Track and follow up on customer-owed units -Lead bi-annual inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

What You Bring

-Strong mechanical aptitude -High school diploma or equivalent -Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar heavy equipment -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems -Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills -Professional communication and customer service skills (in person and over the phone) -Experience researching Cat engines using systems such as TMI, SIMSi, and DBS -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
