The Role

Overview

Lead self-performed wastewater treatment construction, managing crews, safety, quality, and schedules.

Tasks

-Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for compliance with specifications. -Hold subcontractors accountable to project plans, standards, and commitments. -Plan and supervise field crews including logistics, manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and daily work plans. -Lead project quality control efforts including inspections, testing, and documentation. -Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, RFIs, and field orders. -As needed, support field work directly (working foreman / hands-on role) depending on workload and project demands. -Prepare daily reports detailing progress, conditions, conversations, and challenges. -Promote and enforce site safety in coordination with the Safety Department, including documented weekly inspections.

What You Bring

-2-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training/experience. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor crews and foster collaboration. -Excellent communication skills with a team-first approach. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam). -8–10 years of relevant construction experience; industrial treatment experience preferred. -BS in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required. -Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. -Working knowledge of project scheduling and cost control.
