You’ll manage estimating, budgeting, contracts, and ensure quality and safety compliance. -Conduct site evaluations and review technical documents -Coordinate vendors and subcontractors -Ensure quality control, cost management, and safety compliance -Manage project estimating, budgeting, and execution -Negotiate contracts and prepare project submittals -Handle project billing and closure
