What You Bring

-Ability to reach with both hands and arms -Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl using both arms and legs -Lighting PMs -Ability to see at close and distance ranges and the ability to see and correctly distinguish color -Ability to smell, talk and hear -Formal training in approved vocational schools in the fundamentals of the trade -MTS board validations, actuation, and installation -Ability to pick-up minimum 60 lbs. -Battle-Tested Leadership Experience -Ability to work inside and outside -Ability to use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel, and type -Spill Prevention kits for Generators, Substations, etc. -Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance -Owner-Operator Mindset -Rack moves, deployments, and decommissioning -At least one (1) year of experience in the trade -Battery PMs -Nonscheduled, high priority work: Usually DC floor related issues related to cooling -Heat trace annual testing and installation/retrofits -Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects
