Tasks

-Offer technical support to team members and sales staff -Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations -Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process and identify potential areas of risk in the project. -Analyse project documentation to determine if all elements are included -Providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations -Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work

What You Bring

-Databuild & Framework experience is highly regarded. -Understanding of residential design codes, building codes and other relevant Australian Standards. -Able to meet deadlines. -Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. -Ability to work autonomously. -Ability to work in a very supportive team environment. -Minimum 2 years of experience working within the building industry as an Estimator. -Sound knowledge of Operational process flow. -Strong time management and organisational skills. -Proven track record within the home building industry.
