Coordinate education outreach, partnerships, training and social value initiatives.

Tasks

-Design and deliver an annual Social Value plan for school events -Be collaborative – Offer support, share knowledge, and learn from others -Collaborate with Group's supply chain to boost engagement -Work across all our business as part of a team to advocate for and inspire the next generation -Build strong partnerships with colleges, schools, and other stakeholders -Identify and secure grants to enhance our Social Value programme -Manage external requests and report progress -Track and report KPIs, dashboards, and outcomes -Act as liaison for the Trust and EWLF Trustees -Develop and train internal career ambassadors -Lead engagement with STEM First, Inspire, and the CTB ambassador programme -Network with framework partners to unlock new opportunities -Oversee event budgets and resource allocation

What You Bring

-Ideally you will have a Level 3 in Learning and Development (or equivalent) -Project management skills and budget oversight experience -Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills -Proven experience in Education, Social Value or Learning & Development—ideally in construction or engineering environments -Understand education programmes for learners aged 14+ -Ability to build relationships and networks -Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset -Confident with data analysis and reporting using IT tools -Ability to work as part of a team -Ability to travel across the North when required -Be empathetic – Listen deeply and value every voice -Strong grasp of the learning cycle and broader L&D strategies -Ability to design and deliver impactful training packages
