Tasks

-Manage submittals -Maintain schedule of timelines and follow through until completion -Responsible for the mentoring, management, and timely performance evaluation of field engineers -Develop and maintain: Material Tracking List, Project Test and Inspection Listing, Concrete Placement Log, Non-Conformance Report -Incorporate all processes and procedures that support the project closeout phase -Manage all aspects of testing and inspection processes for the construction quality management program -Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons -Determine alternative work methods as needed -Work with Project Manager for fee payments or recurring permit expenses -Coordinate safety and compliance for all team member -Develop and distribute RFIs and Change Orders -Manage, create, and distribute contract documents -Establish handling procedures for electronic documents, including Request for Information (RFI) and correspondence

What You Bring

-Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -Detail orientation sufficient to organize and effectively manage multiple tasks -(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) -Minimum of two years related construction experience -Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices -Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days. -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Proven positive and professional attitude and customer service skills -Current driver’s license -Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, and problem-solving skills -Ability to travel 100%
