Provide technical support & testing for protection, control, metering & SCADA systems

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Installation of complex protection schemes, instrumentation and energy metering schemes and controls, alarms and SCADA systems -Provide technical support on secondary systems and schemes (protection, instrumentation, metering, SCADA, controls, alarms) -Apply for access authorities and perform switching, isolating, earthing & restoration of plant -Prepare and maintain accurate work records, supporting project delivery and ensuring materials are available to meet timeframes -Coordinate and conduct testing activities with internal and external stakeholders, including performing diagnostic testing, maintenance and repair on protection, control, metering and secondary systems equipment

What You Bring

-Proven ability to produce technical reports, verify work evidence, and close out job packs -Demonstrated ability to interpret drawings, settings and technical documentation -Current Australian driver’s licence -Advanced Diploma of ESI – Power systems or equivalent qualification -Experience with protection, metering, control or SCADA schemes in live network environments
