Tasks
-Comply with HDR ethical standards for employees and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Code of Ethics for Certified Quality Auditor (CQA). -Maintain confidentiality of the audit -Conduct on-site audits at various office locations, approximately 50% required travel -Manage assigned annual budgets to expectations -Effectively manage and protect the validity of the audit data and secure against unintended use or alterations -Maintain organized documentation to evidence the performance of QMS audits and effectively communicate the results to Stakeholders -Complete QMS Audit activities in accordance with the Internal Audit Process Manual, including the adherence to the defined Internal Auditor Duties and Responsibilities -Make recommendations to management regarding potential improvements to the audit process -Support the Quality Office as a resource for promoting quality culture

What You Bring
-Professional Bachelor's degree -Strong skills in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Access -Passion for quality; committed to continuous improvement; understands and embraces HDR's QMS. -Certification or able to obtain certification as a Certified Quality Auditor -Experience executing Quality conformance or audits within the A/E industry -At least one year experience as a Lead Auditor in the A/E industry
